This is a short study schedule to help you discover a better way to journal and to get to know yourself.
I have designed the curriculum to spread over 6 weeks however I have spent longer than that completing this alongside a full time job and other hobbies.
Feel free to take as long as you need. There is no rush. Value the journey of discovery.
