Journaling Prompt

  • Hard‑season sketch: Tell one difficult period without moralizing (no judgement – it’s not good nor bad). What gave you a sense of purpose or grounding during that time. It could be: love, work, or attitude?
  • Action vow: “When X is unavoidable, I will respond by Y because Z.”
    X = the challenge or condition
    Something you can’t control or prevent. Examples: grief, failure, uncertainty, criticism, loneliness.
    Y = your chosen response
    A deliberate action, attitude, or mindset. Examples: staying curious, creating art, asking for help, practicing patience.
    Z = your reason or guiding principle
    Why this response matters to you. Examples: to stay true to my values, to protect my energy, because growth matters more than perfection.
